We are not responsible for losses due to smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, wallet security breaches, or market volatility. Users are solely responsible for their wallet security and NFT transactions. Always verify contract addresses and never share your private keys.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MintsArena operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the MintsArena NFT marketplace shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, or, where agreed, through binding arbitration.
